Skechers HK: Shoes DIY Mobile App Experience

In today’s rapidly evolving consumer landscape, brands are constantly seeking innovative ways to engage with younger audiences and gain valuable insights into their preferences. However, many companies face a significant challenge when it comes to providing an interactive, personalized experience that also enables the collection of customer data for targeted marketing efforts.

Decoder designed a DIY mobile app with 3D models. Kids can customize the shoes by rotating with a 360 degree view and changing the colors of different faces, adding patterns and stickers. The app collected parents information and kids preference during the customer journey. Client can view real-time data and perform data analytics for customer targeting.

The DIY mobile app with 3D shoe customization allows kids to creatively customize their own shoes, fostering a deeper connection and sense of ownership with the brand. The app’s data analytics function can capture detailed information on the customization choices, preferences, and behaviors of young customers, which help client better understand the needs of customer base.
