This is a digital solution project mandated by a prestige secondary school in Hong Kong. Client is celebrating its 125th Anniversary with a Gala Dinner, and we are proud to have developed a comprehensive digital solution to support this significant event. Our project encompasses several key components designed to enhance the event experience for attendees and organizers alike.
- E-Shop and Ticketing System
We created an e-shop that facilitates the sale of dinner tickets, merchandise, and donation options. This platform allows users to easily purchase tickets online, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees. - Booking System
The integrated booking system manages reservations for tables, allowing guests to select their dietary preference and seating arrangements in advance. This feature is essential for organizing the event efficiently and accommodating all ticket holders. - QR Code Scanner
To streamline attendance tracking and product pickup, we implemented a QR code scanner. Guests will receive unique QR codes upon ticket purchase, which can be scanned at the event for quick entry and verification. - Event Management Tool
Our event management tool supports electronic direct mail (EDM) communications and assists in organizing tables for ticketholders. This tool ensures that all logistical aspects of the event are managed effectively, from guest communications to seating arrangements.
